In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please ensure you download and complete the returns form and include this form in the parcel with the item(s) you want to return
Unless faulty, Personal Protection Equipment, like but not limited to: face masks, protective suits, hand sanitisers etc. which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
My order has not arrived
If you have chosen a tracked delivery please check the carriers web site for tracking information. If your package is un-tracked or you are unable to retrieve the status of your delivery on the carriers website please contact us using our delivery information form.
My order has arrived damaged
If your order is visibly damaged on delivery you must record the damage on the couriers delivery sign off.
If an item within your delivery is damaged you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.
Please use our returns form to notify us and we will respond as soon as possible.
